 Oh, that always happens?

Error messages are NOT normal.  If you encounter an unfamiliar error message when using your computer, particularly when you're running any DiversiCon software, don't assume everything is all right after you click "Ok".  Try to write down the error message and what you were doing when it happened as soon as possible.  The more information you can provide to us the better chance we have to solve the problem - the sooner the better.
